Naxan Group wasn't built on a marketing plan, but on eight years of delivered projects. Here are the milestones that led from Kosmos Digital, an agency born for startups, to today's group.

2018
Kosmos Digital is born
In Sophia-Antipolis, a small team founds Kosmos Digital with one obsession: helping startups and project owners launch solid applications, fast and at controlled cost. The first reusable code modules are born.
2018 — 2023
Growing into maturity
Project after project, the team grows to 30 experts and passes 200 projects delivered: SNCF, Leroy Merlin, Orange, Necker… The library grows past 300 reusable modules, cutting development costs by up to 30%. The agency earns CII accreditation and becomes a certified Bpifrance expert.
2024
Dexon launches
Larger organisations start knocking, with different requirements: governance, security, compliance, long-term commitment. Rather than dilute Kosmos, the group creates Dexon — an agency dedicated to large accounts and ambitious projects, with a senior team and a premium offering.
Today
Naxan Group
Kosmos Digital and Dexon now move forward under one banner: Naxan Group. Two cultures, two markets, one shared engineering foundation — and a common conviction: every project deserves the structure that fits it.
